<p>A four bedroom house in close proximity to local shops and within walking distance to the University campus and Tesco. It has a fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, electric oven fridge, freezer washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave, all china and cooking equipment is provided. The living room has two leather sofas with a television; from the living room, the sliding patio doors lead onto a large garden which has a brick built storage area suitable for bikes. All four bedrooms are fully furnished with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, bookshelf and bed.  Three of the bedrooms have double beds.  There is a downstairs toilet and upstairs there is a bathroom with shower, bath and toilet.  There is ample parking for cars at the front of the property. Internet access is available but has to be arranged and paid for by the tenant.  Bills are not included in the price. This is a University of Essex Accredited property.</p>
