Colchester Student Housing We have been running Colchester Student Housing for ten years and over that time we have built up a portfolio of nine houses which we let to forty-one tenants, all students. We endeavour to make all our houses as comfortable as possible. They are decorated regularly and kept up to a high standard. We believe that students should not be discriminated against by being offered poor quality housing and that they should have houses to live in that we would be happy to live in ourselves. We keep in close contact with the University Private Accommodation team to make sure that we keep up to date with any regulations regarding fire safety etc. Our three storey houses are all to Houses of Multiple Occupation standard and the two storey houses are all University of Essex Accredited. We live in close proximity to the houses which means that any problems regarding maintenance are dealt with promptly.
